"Culture and Conflict: Izolyatsia in Exile"

Exhibition at Heinrich Böll Foundation (Berlin, Germany), Jan 18th-30th 2016

The exhibition explores violence and conflict in Eastern Ukraine as well as the effects on culture under conditions of war. The Izolyatsia foundation in Donetsk was seized by the "DPR" - the self-proclaimed "Donetsk People's Republic". Thus a goal of the exhibition is to display the story and situation of Izolyatsia foundation under these circumstances amidst the the ongoing conflict.
